Upgrades, cleaning & repair
from $49Slow systems, hardware diagnostics, software upgrades, and OS reinstalls with a data backup. Major work stays in the shop; many upgrades can be done on-site.
Data recovery
from $149Not 100% guaranteed. In-office only. Recovery is time-consuming and results depend on the drive — we try before we talk replacement, and we tell you the odds first.
On-site, pickup & delivery

Drop off, on-site, or pickup
Walk in during hours, book a visit, or we collect the machine. Bring the charger if you have it.

We look, then we quote
On-site we give you a sense of time involved. In the shop, virus work and OS reinstalls are flat; upgrades are hourly.

You approve
No work starts without a yes. If replacing it is cheaper than repairing it, we say so.

Repair and return
Typical in-office turnaround is 48 hours unless parts are on order. If the same problem isn’t fixed, labor to come back is free.
